Vehicle Warranty
Because we source used and imported vehicles, bikes, and ATVs from multiple countries, warranty coverage can look different from one order to the next. This page explains the types of coverage that can apply and how to find out exactly what applies to your specific vehicle.
Please read before you buy: Not every vehicle we sell carries the same warranty coverage. Some are sold with a remaining manufacturer’s warranty, some are eligible for an optional third-party protection plan, and some — particularly older or higher-mileage used vehicles — are sold “as-is” with no warranty implied. Always confirm what applies to your specific vehicle with our sales team, in writing, before completing your purchase.
How It Works
How To Find Out What’s Covered
Warranty coverage is tied to the individual vehicle, not a blanket policy — here’s how to get a straight answer before you commit.
Check The Listing
Vehicle listings note known condition details and, where relevant, remaining manufacturer coverage.
Ask Before You Buy
Our sales team will tell you plainly what type of coverage, if any, applies to that specific vehicle or bike.
Get It In Writing
Whatever coverage applies is confirmed in writing as part of your purchase agreement before checkout is finalized.
Keep Your Documents
Hold on to your purchase agreement, any warranty documents, and delivery paperwork in case you need to make a claim later.
Coverage Categories
Types Of Coverage That May Apply
Which of these applies depends on the specific vehicle, its age and mileage, and your location — our sales team will confirm which one fits your order.
Manufacturer’s Remaining Warranty
Some vehicles may still be within the original manufacturer’s warranty period. Whether it transfers to you, and whether it’s honored outside its country of origin, depends on the manufacturer and destination country.
Varies By VehicleThird-Party Protection Plans
Where available, an optional extended protection or service plan can sometimes be arranged through our sales team at the time of purchase. This is never automatic — it’s opt-in and confirmed in writing.
Optional / Where AvailableSpare Parts & Accessories
Parts and accessories purchased separately may carry their own manufacturer’s warranty, independent of the vehicle they’re installed on. Check the part’s own listing or packaging for details.
Varies By Part“As-Is” Sales
Older or higher-mileage used vehicles are commonly sold “as-is,” meaning no warranty is implied unless one is explicitly stated in writing in your purchase agreement.
No Warranty ImpliedGood To Know
What’s Typically Not Covered
Even where a warranty does apply, coverage generally excludes the items below unless your written agreement says otherwise.
- Normal wear and tear — tires, brake pads, wiper blades, and similar consumable parts
- Pre-existing or disclosed condition issues — anything noted on the listing or in your purchase agreement at time of sale
- Accident, misuse, or neglect damage — occurring after the vehicle is delivered to you
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs — work done outside of an approved service provider
- Damage during buyer-arranged transport — once you’ve accepted delivery and arranged onward shipping yourself
- Environmental or usage-related wear — for example damage typical of the vehicle’s actual operating conditions
If Something Goes Wrong
How To Start A Warranty Claim
If your vehicle has coverage and you run into an issue, here’s how to raise it with us.
Contact Our Team
Email info@globalsphereautos.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Share Your Documentation
Include your purchase agreement, any warranty documents you were given, and photos or video of the issue if possible.
We Confirm What Applies
Our team checks your specific coverage and tells you plainly whether the issue is included, and what the next step looks like.
Resolution
Depending on the coverage and issue, this may mean a repair, a part replacement, or referral to the manufacturer or third-party provider responsible for that coverage.
Common Questions
Warranty FAQs
Does every vehicle you sell come with a warranty?
No. Because our inventory includes used and imported vehicles of different ages and mileage, coverage varies vehicle by vehicle. Our sales team will tell you exactly what applies before you buy.
Is coverage the same in every country you ship to?
Not necessarily. Manufacturer warranty transfer rules and any third-party protection plan availability can both depend on your destination country. Ask our sales team to confirm what’s realistic for your location.
Can I buy extended warranty coverage separately?
Where a third-party protection plan is available for your vehicle, our sales team can walk you through it as an optional add-on. It’s never bundled in automatically. See Financing Options for how payment for add-ons can be arranged.
What if I find a problem right after delivery?
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Depending on timing and the nature of the problem, this may be handled under warranty, or it may fall under our Returns & Refunds policy — our team will point you to the right process.
Do spare parts and accessories have their own warranty?
Often yes, independent of the vehicle’s own coverage — check the specific part’s listing or included documentation, or ask our team if you’re not sure.
Where can I read the exact legal terms that apply to my purchase?
Your written purchase agreement is always the final word on what’s covered. Our general Terms & Conditions also apply to every order alongside it.
Not Sure What’s Covered On A Vehicle You’re Considering?
Ask us before you buy — our sales team will confirm exactly what applies, in writing.
