Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: 28 September 2026Global Sphere Autos wants everyone — including people with disabilities — to be able to browse our vehicles, bikes, ATVs, and parts, request a quote, and get in touch without running into unnecessary barriers. This page explains what we’re doing about that, and how to reach us if something isn’t working for you.
WCAG 2.1 AA
Our conformance target for the website
Ongoing Reviews
We check and improve the site regularly, not just once
We Want Feedback
Tell us if you hit a barrier anywhere on the site
Our Commitment
Global Sphere Autos is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or the technology someone uses to browse it. That includes people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.
Conformance Standard
Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard most widely used to measure website accessibility. We’re working toward this across the site on an ongoing basis; not every page may fully meet it yet.
Keyboard Navigation
You should be able to navigate our menus, vehicle filters, and forms using a keyboard alone:
- Tab / Shift+Tab — move between links, buttons, and form fields
- Enter / Space — activate a link or button
- Esc — close an open menu or dialog
Interactive elements are designed to show a visible focus outline as you move through them.
Screen Readers & Assistive Tech
We use semantic HTML, descriptive labels on icon-only controls (such as the cart, account, and search buttons), and native, keyboard-operable menus and accordions so they work correctly with common screen readers.
Color, Contrast & Text
We aim for sufficient contrast between text and its background, and we avoid relying on color alone to convey important information, such as required fields or error messages. Pages are built to remain usable when you resize text or zoom in your browser.
Images & Media
We add descriptive alternative text to vehicle, bike, and product photos where possible, so their content is available to visitors using a screen reader. If you find an image on our site that’s missing useful alt text, let us know and we’ll fix it.
Known Limitations
Some areas of our website — particularly older content, third-party plugins, or listings added in bulk — may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals. We review these as we find them and prioritize fixes.
Third-Party Content
Some features on our site — such as payment processing, live chat, or embedded maps — are provided by third-party services. We don’t have full control over their accessibility, but we favor partners that share our commitment where we can.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility isn’t a one-time project for us — it’s an ongoing part of how we maintain the website. We periodically review pages, test key flows like browsing, quote requests, and checkout, and make improvements as we identify issues, launch new features, or hear from visitors like you.
Feedback & Contact
If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere on our website — or something in this statement doesn’t match what you’re experiencing — please tell us. Include the page you were on and a short description of the issue, and we’ll do our best to address it promptly.
